Just back from Wirral Early Years Conference sharing active learning ideas for Maths. Matt and Barbara worked with Weave Early Years Training Partnership to facilitate creative workshops using their fantastic range of open-ended, recycled resources. Teachers and practitioners explored and discovered some of the huge potential for children's play and learning with a maths focus.
